Marriott Partners is currently seeking acquisitions that satisfy some or all of the criteria outlined below:
  · Businesses that can benefit from a hands-on approach to operations.
  · Total capitalization of $2M - $20M.
  · Turnaround situations considered. Companies characterized by:
      - Inefficient operations,
      - Insufficient management resources,
      - Unfocused and misaligned strategies,
      - Insufficient access to capital, and;
      - Inappropriate capital structure.
  · High tech situations will not be considered.
